Effective 14 October 2026. This notice describes data handling on the current ARCHYX website and Diagnostic.
Diagnostic and account data
Before you sign in, diagnostic answers, progress and recent results can be stored in your browser. If you explicitly request account access and sign in, ARCHYX can store your diagnostic draft, completed assessment and cabinet records on its server so you can continue later. Do not enter confidential personal, financial or health information into free-text fields.
Hosting and essential operation
The site is hosted on Hostman. Hostman and the site infrastructure may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and requested URLs for security, delivery and operation. Vercel Web Analytics remains part of the deployed application for aggregate site measurement; it is separate from the optional PostHog service described below.
Optional product analytics
The PostHog event service is contacted only after you choose to allow optional analytics. ARCHYX sends a small, allowlisted set of product events such as a content view, together with the site, language, consent state and schema version. A visit from the COMPASS website may also carry public campaign labels and a new one-time random journey reference so the handoff can be measured without placing an account, contact or stable browser identifier in the URL. These labels are accepted and stored only after analytics consent, then removed from the address bar. Like other web endpoints, PostHog may receive ordinary request data such as an IP address. Automatic interaction capture, session replay, heatmaps, exception capture, full URLs, message content, diagnostic answers, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent by this integration. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Privacy settings.
Optional support chat
The Zendesk support widget is loaded only after you choose to enable support chat. If you use the chat, Zendesk processes the messages and details that you submit for support delivery. You can use the public ARCHYX Help Center without enabling the embedded widget.
Your choices
You can change optional-service choices through Privacy settings. You can remove browser-stored diagnostic data by using the restart/reset control and by clearing site data in your browser.
